Ilayaraja’s impressed with Oru Melliya Kodu

Music composer Ilayaraja is busy composing music in Kananda, Hindi and Telugu films these days. Post Shamitabh, he is flooded with offers from Bollywood.

Interestingly Ilayaraja has agreed work in a Tamil movie titled Oru Melliya Kodu. The movie is an action-entertainer starring Arjun and Shaam and directed by Kuppi fame Ramesh.

Says Ramesh, ‘When I approached Ilayaraja, he patiently listened to the script. He was mightily impressed and readily agreed to work in my movie’.

I consider it my fortune to work with Raja sir, he adds.
