Kishore’s sudden demise on Friday shocked the entire film fraternity. Kishore was hospitalised few days ago after he suffered a brain stroke while working in a studio. He slipped into coma and failed to respond to the doctor’s treatment.
Shocked at his demise, Dhanush tweeted, ‘Rest in peace editor kishore 
he was a kind beautiful human. Youngest national award winner for editing. Heart broken’ Actor Siddharth, said, ‘A brilliant editor, a gentle and kind soul. So unfair when the good die young. Gone too soon.’
